Summary Style Improvements

Renamed Direct Summary to Straight Answer to make it clear what it does.
Remove beta flag from all summary types
Adjusted default summary order to make it easier to get to the best summary types, you can always customise this in settings.
Renamed Recipe Breakdown to Recipe Extraction as that's what it does.

This update also includes minor bug fixes.
